Our approach is based on the success of mortgage mediation overseas. For example, and equally important, lenders/LMI in the US state of Nevada have saved over US$21 million in a short amount of time only after this face-to-face approach by a neutral facilitator was implemented. To the credit of lenders, albeit the numerous systems in place are not achieving satisfactory results, while independent, face-to-face mediation is and benefits all.
